My Methodology

At the heart of my coaching is a guided, step-by-step process designed to help you reconnect with your body, clarify what truly matters, and create sustainable, purpose-driven change — and do it without overwhelm.

Whether we work together 1:1 or in a small group, we’ll move through a signature dual-track method (Fig.1):

🌿 Surface Track

Focuses on practical, real-world shifts — symptom awareness, lifestyle tools, daily habits, and immediate support.

🔍 Depth Track

Gently explores your inner world — beliefs, patterns, identity, and the deeper meaning of this transition.

This approach blends strategy with soul. We honor the science and the story. Together, we’ll create space for real transformation — grounded in clarity, guided by your values, and led by the real you.
